JOB VACANCIES IN NESTLE

Enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future begins with safeguarding the safety and health of our people. We work hard to create a culture in which safety and health are leading principles, and our aim is to achieve zero work-related injuries and illnesses. We also help our employees make more informed decisions about their own health, take personal responsibility and choose to live and work in a safe and healthy way.

Our strategic priorities are set out in the NestlĂ© framework for employee health, which is based in three areas. ‘Learn’ is about helping people enhance their health knowledge to lead healthier and happier lives. ‘Feel’ is about providing accessible information that allows employees to take ownership of their health. While ‘Choose’ refers to the way we help people develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This means at least 14 weeks’ paid maternity leave and the right to extend leave up to 6 months. The policy covers employment protection and non-discrimination, a healthy and breastfeeding-friendly work environment, and flexible work arrangements. In addition to 6 months’ maternity leave, flexitime and breastfeeding breaks, we’ve provided over 302 breastfeeding sites in our workplaces around the world. By 2018, we’ll have equipped all offices and sites of more than 50 female employees with breastfeeding areas.

Dual careers are increasingly becoming the family working norm. They could be local or expatriate, and they may have to make compromises from time to time, but we do our best to facilitate joint career moves where we can.

NestlĂ© With other multinationals has launched the International Dual Career Network (IDCN) to help dual career spouses with their local job search and professional integration in a new country. Apply>>
